Minnesota help needed

    I’ll be in Minnesota for a wedding on the weekend of the 3rd of June and have Saturday morning until about 4:00 p.m. to fish. We’ll be staying on the southwest side of Minnetonka.

    Wondering if anybody has any suggestions where to fish in the area (doesn’t have to be Lake Minnetonka). I’d prefer not to spend money on boat rental or a guide, so shore-fishing spots would be great.

    Not looking for anybody’s honey hole, just someplace where an Iowa boy can find a little peace and fun on his first fishing outing in Minnesota.

    I think that if you ask in the Metro Area west of I-35 that you will find someone to help you out. I know that I have to work or I would take you fishing.
