Any one have ideas on where the smallies or eyes will be on either Namakan, SandPoint, or East end of Kab. come mid August. What is the best technique to try here? All fish will be relased except for a few eyes for a shore lunch! Stacie and I are heading up there with another couple for a long weekend! Thanks in Advance on any tips ! Feel free to PM me if you wish to keep this quiet!

Let me see if I can get ahold of TBO/MN. He spends the summers hideing out on a house boat up there with the wife.

I am going to Sand point for Labor Day weekend (Plus a few extra days) I would be interested to hear what is a good pattern depth to fish at that time of year also.

Leeches are a good bet at that time.I usually fish these lakes EARLY in the morning this time of year.Mid lake humps, tapering flats have worked well for me.Good luck!
