Any luck on Long Lake near Park Rapids?

    I’m heading up to the Long Lake near Park Rapids, MN this weekend — looking for any updates on fishing conditions, as I have not been there in a few years. All species; any words of wisdom on what’s been working is much appreciated.

    The Bluegills are just finishing spawning on the lake. The crappies are on the Deep weed edges. I was on the lake last weekend, but only fished Bluegills. I normally like to troll the deep weed edges but didn’t have time last weekend. Sorry, I can’t be of more help.

    Thank-you for the information. I just picked up a new ultralight rig, so the news about the bluegills is welcome!
