On the way home from downtown last night I spotted this going down at the access at 694 and East River Road. Apparently it was a manual transmission vehicle, and the parking brake was not in good working order. Shorty’s towing had their semi puller at the ramp and they made quick work of it. All I know is that SUV will smell like the river for the rest of it’s years.

Not quite sure how they ended up spun around, the gal who the vehicle belonged to was a little embarrassed. The park ranger was down there and I think he gave her a ticket. Insult to injury.

I wonder if the new wingdam she created was holding any fish?? I’m sure glad I’m not the only person who makes stupid mistakes.

That right corner panel looks like a good holding spot for eyes.

I’ve always had some trouble getting the trailer into the water straight. Maybe I should try driving in instead of backing in…

The Paul Harvey… The brakes failed I ramed another boat on the way in and the current turned me around. At least, thats the story I’m sticking with! Just lucky no one got hurt… were insured.

Are you really the guy, who sunk it or what. If so, there was a recreational piece of equipment that someone would ride in the boat on the floor.
    What was it?????

Never thought of that…..If there is no parking on ramp just pull it down in the water.

Yup it’s you, sorry about your rig. If you don’t mind me asking what did Shorty’s charge you to pull it out??? Did the park ranger give you a ticket???
