Anyone ever go up and fish the really big lake for eye’s?
I was just looking at a contour map and it seems that the Duluth shore should be a good area for the eye.
Kinda interests me to give it a try sometime.
The St. Louis is the place to go early. The area around Park Point was popular with people pulling boards a few years back. I haven’t heard anything lately.

Tuck hit it on the head. The river bite is good early on and then the bite picks up out in the mouth of the river pulling boards for suspended fish. We have had some phenomenal days in the spring in the river up there….several not so good as well!
