Minnetonka?

Is it possible to ride a boat in Minnetonka yet? any launch open yet??? planning to take the wife and kids for some crappie action.

I was just by Minnetonka earlier today for work and there are areas that have open water along shore, but navigating much would be pretty tough. By next weekend with the weather coming up I personally thing it will be looking better.
