I have no information for this lake, but personally if I was that close I would go to Leech with the full moon being this week and get in on the late nite bite if you want to experience some great fishing!!!!

Check out the survey for this lake, looks promising http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/lakefind/showreport.html?downum=11007700

Check out the lake map http://files.dnr.state.mn.us/lakefind/data/lakemaps/c0169011.pdf

This lake reminds me of Splithand near Grand Rapids. It doesn’t have a lot of structure and its kind of like a bowl, I would first check the north end of the lake near the weedline breaks and try for the active bite. Try a slow death hook or spinner rig with a half crawler and troll around at 1 to 1.5 mph if no action try trolling cranks either on the outside of inside weedline. Otherwise try pitching jigs in the weeds.

The max depth of the lake says 23′ I can’t imagine the ‘eyes are in whole because of oxygen levels, so they are more than likely in the weeds.

Either that or try slip bobber fishing for panfish and chances are you will pick up a walleye or two then rig for them using that. Don’t be afraid to keep trying different techniques to find the right one. Either way sounds like it would be fun trying to find what they are biting on and chances are you will catch a ton of different species with all the different techniques.
