Who is going out to hunt for some big girls this weekend? 
I am hoping to get out early Sunday morning before I have to be at Scouts. My son said we should skip cub scouts this weekend and just fish. That might just happen if we move some fish.

Planning to be out chasing all weekend mostly just for the sake of it being the opener… not expecting much with the weather forecast in my area. Big cold front moving in overnight bringing cold air and storms tomorrow. Bluebird skies and NW winds on Sunday. Ish.
Hoping to extend my boat’s streak to five years in a row with a fish in the net on opening day.
I will be out chasing them also. Neighbor wants to go and has never fished them before. He has been warned it is an expensive addiction.

Hope everyone had better luck than we did. My son prayed to the musky gods for a fish and they responded.

Went out for a few hours Sat morning, seen about 8 fish total, and was lucky enough to get this little guy in the net, not a monster, but a good start none the less. Fish was caught on a Squirko.
