I have a minn Kota 315d on board charger and the check connection light is blinking red on bank three.
I have checked all of the connections and all wires seem to be good.
I have also checked it on a known good battery it reads the same.
Please, any help will be great.

Fuses good?
In spite of what some will say, the minnkota chargers are plagued with issues. Mainly, one bank dies. More so on the 4 bank chargers but if you search the web you’ll see a lot of problems with the 3 bank as well.
Happened twice to my 4 bank, one was replaced under warranty, the other is still operating on my boat as a 3 bank.
I hope this isn’t the case for you.
315’s lose the bank that’s on the bottom if mounted vertically (mine went out after 10 years).
No fix per Minn Kota.
