Plan to fish the river between Lewis&Clark and Fort Randal this weekend. Was going to Niobrara/Verdel area but hear its high and muddy. Does anybody know what it looks like on up to the powerlines; Boyd County ramp; Sunshine Bottom; or Fort Randal Dam?
