Thank you to the 850 individuals who took the time to attend a meeting or fill out the Mississippi River Border Water Regulations Questionnaire. I know that a 77 question survey is more of a time commitment than a Facebook “Like”, and we really do appreciate all the input.
MN and WI DNR staff will be meeting in the next few months to evaluate the input and our monitoring data and determine if any regulations changes are recommended for each species, and if they are what those recommendations may be.
Further comments on any proposals will be requested, and I will make sure that notification is posted here.
I also will try and get some summary results from the surveys folks filled out posted once we have the information compiled.
