Brother in law pulled cards on the weekend these are some of the better pics. It is looking good for my hunt in Sept. , all though the big guy does not seem to be around there are definetly a couple that may finish off nice.

Does that 2nd bull have a drop tine going?

What class of elk are you expecting, 350+? Again, I’m super jealous!

Yes Kooty that is a droptine .We will have to see how he finishes,he still has another 3 to 4 weeks of growing. 350+ is what I am hoping for, but last year there was a 380+ typ and a 370+ non typ and they haven’t been seen yet but season doesn’t start till Sept.1 so hopefully they show up and if they don’t they should be within 5 miles of where the pics were taken. I have all of Sept. I am just taking my bow but if we find a monster(370+) I would have no problem or be ashamed of switching to a rifle. It is weapon of choice in this draw(bow, muzzle, rifle,or crossbw).

Great pictures. As if I wasn’t already excited enough for elk season!
