I hit the lottery again this year.Last drew a limited moose tag back in my home area in the SW corner of the province and took a 40″ with the bow with my 10 year old son standing right beside me. This year I drew a limited elk tag(50 available) 
.I can hunt with bow ,muzzleloader ,or rifle.Like last year I will be only taking the bow but if I find one of the ones I will be looking for and I can’t get in to bow range I may have to borrow the b.laws 8mm rem mag.I can’t wait because my hunting partner/brother in law had trail photos and sightings in July and Aug of a big bull on his hay/alfalfa flat and picked up his right side in April and it goes 168.This bull is in the 380 to 390 calibre. He had also seen a large bull in Dec that had 6 long points on left side with a few stickers and had busted of between the G3 & G4.He found the missing chuck of antler from that bull and with what he found this bull would of been in the 370/380 non typical range.I can also buy an over the counter archery Mule Deer tag so hopefully I will have a September to remember.
