    We had a cancellation on an archery bull moose tag for the 2011 season

    Season dates are Sept 17 to Oct 6.

    Package includes:

    upto 3 week accommodations
    Bull Moose Tag – archery
    Cow Moose Tag – archery
    Boat & Motor Rental

    I hope you find someone to fill the spot Chad. I’ve got some anger management issues with moose and hope to be able to visit sometime in the future to work through those.

    Mentioned this moose hunt to a bud of mine.. he asked… “what is the archery success rate with this hunt” and what percentage of that is Bull ??? He is interested, but would like to know these.

    I do not track hunter success rates on moose. If I did, it would be downright depressing.

    On the same note, I will tell you that guys who come here and hunt hard, meaning up early, back late, avoid happy hour, hunt through the elements and are not ready to leave until they get a moose are 100% successful. Further, I can put you in contact with successful moose hunters of the past. Two of which are traditional archery guys and have been successful the last two years in a row. The will give you a straight up, no bs answer to what to expect from the self guided hunt.
