Ok guys, looking for some input. After a couple years of fighting heart disease (Viral Cardiomyopathy) Dad seems to be getting much better and we are hoping to do a Mountain Goat hunt somewhere. We’ve been to British Columbia moose hunting and would love to go back. However Alaska is an appealing idea as well. Not to mention staying in the lower 48 isn’t a bad idea either.
Anyhow, I’m looking for ideas. Where would you guys consider doing a Mountain Goat hunt?
Mountian Goats are one of my dream critters. 
I can only dream about killing one because I’m too fat and out of shape to even think about going after them plus that hunt is a little out of my price range. 
I did look into it a few years back. I would go to BC. 
After being in Alaska this summer, that would be my choice. It’s actually a possibility for me…Working on the guys who hosted me for the fishing trip. 
Well, it’s been decided.
Same place we went moose hunting. Prophet Muskwa Outfitters in Northern British Columbia. October 2012. It should take me all 25 months to get close into shape.
It’s still an exciting idea.
