    Lets just say I tried to film Stacie’s Deer hunt with him last year and he is a lil shy of the camera. More like get that #$^%*#( thing out of my face shy.

    Why do you say that Koots??? He is a land owner that loses big money because of the Elk herd. He does get special consideration or a depravation??? (spelling and word?)tag.

    Oh ya, forgot about the land owner part. Residents typcially can only apply for a rifle tag after the 9 year waiting period, then throw in the 10 years you typically have to wait for a tag, it’s about a 3 or 4 tags in a lifetime draw in SD. One friend of mine didn’t draw until his 22nd year of applying.

    In the park is a once in a lifetime tag.
