starting to get -7 to -10 temps overnight and even cooler. and + 2 – +4 highs for the day. forecast looks the same with little snowfall over the next couple weeks. should be on the ice in no time hopefully by the 15th of november. everyone have a great and of course safe start to the ice fishing season.

Things are looking good here too. Once we get past the 9th of November we don’t look to get back out of the 30’s for highs for as far out as forecasts are going right now. Those overnight lows in the teens will move things towards ice up in a hurry if the highs barely get into the 30’s during the day.

    James –

You guys thinking about URL for your second episode again? 6 of us are hoping to head up the weekend before Christmas with a couple wheelhouses.
Last season, my buddy went up with his dad over Thanksgiving though and they did quite well. Slept on the shore in rentals and walked out I believe.
