Minnkota Vantage Weight – 74lb thrust

Hi All,

I did a little searching and cannot find the weight for a 74 lb thrust Minnkota Vantage. Does anyone know what they weigh?

I am contemplating getting rid of the Vantage I have on the boat and putting a Talon on instead. I see a 12′ Talon is about 43 lbs and I have to think my Vantage is significantly heavier.

Two sites say box weight is 71 pounds.

Box Dimensions: 12″H x 26″W x 39″L WT: 71 lbs
