I got it in 2008.

Is the motor still for sale

yes it is.

Is all the wiring ends on it are are you located at any mounting plate

The only wiring end that is not attached is the 24V plug and that would require you to match you boat’s wiring as there are many different plugins out there. The one I had attached to it was specific to my boat. My location is SE WI and the removable mounting plate is complete.
