Anyone have issues with the I pilot link not keeping a target speed. My old I pilot worked great even seemed better in spot lock. my new terrova. When I set a target speed the motor doesn’t,t seem to change to keep on speed. My older non link model immediately changed up or down to keep at speed. Is there an update or is this a common issue.

I had an original ipilot the cruise and spot lock worked great. The gps unit dies and I had to replace it the new ipilot is not even close in accuracy of spot lock or cruise. The spot lock on the original unit was like being anchored. The new one would drift 30 ft of the spot then over shoot by same margin. Minnkota said it was still in spec so I sold it and went back to cable drive. Similar issues with cruise never kept speed constant on the newer unit. Very disappointed. If you check on Internet this is not an isolated complaint on the newer units.

Mine has worked well both for spot lock in current and trolling speed control. Better than I could hope to do manually
