anyone know if a boat could be put in at any of the accesses? Hope to get out today but not sure whats open nearby.

All this is from yesterday.

Mound Surfside was open. little ice on west end. Halsteds bay is iced pretty good.

You might be able to get though the narrows channel and I assume it was open on the other end however there was a lot soft ice to get though in the bay though the channel. It was broken up a ton and boats were making their way through. Guessing the wind today will help move that away.

To the red skeeter with the double bubbles…….I’m guessing it was the sun in your eyes where you floored it 40 feet away from me as soon as you got out of the ice. Then later it must of been as well when you went over a shallow spot around some islands where the channel was right there to go though.

Here I thought we were mid summer again on Tonka, but just Tonka being Tonka.

Water temp warmed up from Friday, at around 35 to 36.
