There’s going to be lots of crying about OPI, get serious if they don’t call PI on the clutch and grab by the defender before the catch, no way are they going to call that a push off. You can’t have it both ways.

Sorry Dan, didn’t mean to be a smart arse comment. I get nervous when Zimmer gets conservative on defense at the end of a game. Watching the play it looked lethargic. It worked out in the end like he wanted to get a fresh start in overtime. Zimmer does have tendency not to change things up when when things dont work out then again he does switch things up. It’s like he’s working the long game strategy.

I think you’re right in a way because Cook started out red hot and it wasn’t working much later in the 2nd half. Then of course you mock the conservative play-calling and Cousins throws a bomb to Theilen. Haha no worries.

Where the haters at now? You think Case Keenum has a drive like that??? Always believed in him. Just glad Stephanski quit with the conservative playcalling he used all fourth quarter! What a final drive!

There is still hope for the naysayers. After all, today was a Sunday noon kickoff, so Cousins is still 0-9 on Monday Night Football.

I’ve been watching football since the 1960’s and learned predictions are just that. I’ve seen countless colossal upsets over the years.

If the weatherman predicts sunny all day, I still pack a rain suit if I plan on being in the boat all day.

Literally all the analysts and fox pre game guys took the saints by at least 7, and a couple of them had the saints by 17.

The emotional roller coaster that is this thread is by far my favorite to follow throughout the year. As much as it pains me to say it, congrats on the win Vike fans.

Unless you’re a saints fan, you have to enjoy seeing Sean Payton lose. The guy should still be kicked out of the league.

Well, I would definitely say sitting the starters last week was a winning strategy. And thankfully with the way the Offence controlled the ball our Defence wasn’t forced to put in a full day of work. Next week’s game is probably going to be a defensive brawl.

The Vikes either played a great game or the Saints suck and I don’t think it’s the later. Everyone and their brother has the Saints winning handly. Vikes pulled if off no matter how you look at it. Congrats Vikes!!!
