    Any tales to tell? I went multi-species including my 5 rainbows.

    I thought instead of spending the opener out on a nice lake fishing I would just drive up to any boat landing and lend a helping hand.

    First long day I had in a boat and don’t know if I’ll remember the fish, or how my back started to kill me, knees cramping up, stomach rot from stress, kind of putting too much work into perspective now. For Christ sake I’m only 31!

    But anyway first time on Mille lacs for years and found out what the sand is in the north, very cool. Had a shorter day of it and ended with 2-25, 24 and 23. Awesome day on the water no matter what! woot

    Look how fat the first fish, then long and sleek the 2nd. Thought for sure the 2nd was going to push 28″ the way it was digging, god that felt good.
