i realize its too late to apply this year but i was thinking about it next year, but is it worth it?

The one bull that is taken every year is usually HUGE.

Elk meat is excellent so even if you get a cow, you are very lucky.

YES. It may not be much of a “hunt” but it’s elk meat!!

We had a very nice elk on trail cam last year in NW MN.
