I have a friend selling his CoPilot off of a 24 volt system, did they make the Power Drive in 12 volt? I assume you could get a power drive in a 36 volt. Is the CoPilot compatible with with any of these or do you have to match it up with the correct volt system?

I have a power drive that runs off of one battery so I would assume a 12 volt system and runs fine.

They didn’t make a 36v PD but definitely had a 12v. The co-pilots are compatible with any of they as long as they have the right plug. Some PDs had squarish plus and others had round.

I just added the co-pilot to my older 24v Powerdrive, not the V2. It is my understanding that it will work with either the 12 or 24 volt system. What is important is that the plug on the co-pilot matches the plug on your Powerdrive. Mine was the older one with the flatter rectangular shaped plug. I think the ones for the V2 are round.

Correct, two plug options. It takes about five minutes to put one on.
