Not looking for spots. Just looking to see if anyone has been up there lately and what your best strategies were for the walleyes? It’s my first time up there since this summer and will be going out with some family/friends so just looking to get on some fish.

Depth? – saw some reports of people catching fish shallower than normal this time of year. Where are people seeing the most success?

Live bait – What should I stock up on before going up there? Gonna have a few tip ups running. Suckers? Shiners? Fatheads? All the above? Lol

Presentation/lure – Anyone prefer a certain color or type of spoon/jig?

    Thanks so much in advance!

Been fishing in 25 to 28 feet on the edge of a break. Seems any live bait works for us as we’ve done pretty well. Red #6 hook on a rattle wheel with a 6 to 8 foot mono lead has been the ticket, 1-2 feet off the bottom.Have done pretty poorly jigging. Good luck there’s a ton of snow right now.
