I made the drive to Mille Lacs on Sunday to put a few break-in hours on my motor.
I made a 65 mile circle of Mille Lacs anywhere from about .5 to 3 miles from shore.
It was a “2 hour cruise”!
The lake was nearly flat, visibility was high.
Saw about 30 boats total on the water.
    3 Sailboats
    1 Kayak
    1 Personal Water Craft
1 Launch on the west side
Almost all of the rest looked they were fishing for Muskies or Smallies.
There were a few that driving as I and a couple that I have no clue as to what they were doing.

NW by Garrison and SE had the most boats.

One more hour out there and you could’da sang the theme to Gilligan’s Island “…a three hour tour”.

    You are correct!
I was able to get off the lake just before the wind started coming up…

Side note – all of the marker buoys are off the lake.
