Mille Lacs Sleeper rentals

I am search of an affordable sleeper option on mille lacs. I have stayed at multiple resorts in the past and would like to try something new.

Nitti’s, twin pines, Eddie’s ,Lybecs to name a few. Just curious what other resorts have nice rentals. I have stayed in a few that where not as advertised.

What do you consider a nice rental? I have always liked staying at Nitti’s. I thought their shacks were very nice in comparison to your standard sleeper house.

Mac’s Twin Bay has nice stuff. Access to the Bay, Hawkbill reef complex, Hennepin island and the gravel bars.

Affordable and nice don’t really go together.

Too bad Walleye Dundee’s isn’t still in business…talk about affordable…nice wasn’t in the vocabulary, however…even decent was absent of the vocab…

Nitti’s is great, Red Door is nice as well.

John Odle…things didn’t end well for him, and yeah kind of sad.

Some of his troubles he invited himself, other health issues…who knows? He was a good guy and quite the character too.

Seems now Rocky Reef may have fallen into a bit of disarray with the “takeover”.

We’ll see where that goes, but yea…sad for the “Rock Man”

Too bad, they rarely even anser the phone lately……He did give that place energy!
