Mille Lacs Pike

    My brothers and I are staying in a sleeper shack at Mac’s twin Bay resort. We are looking to target some pike on tip ups. Will the pike be in closer to shore around weeds this time of year or out deeper around structure?

    Following…. Are you seeing water on the ice? I’d like to get up there later this week, but not if it’s going to be miserable for this on-foot fisherman.

    I’d try fishing in the 18 foot hole around where that 9 foot flat is. Just a thought
