Do you want pet fish or eat em?

Can’t go wrong with Mille Lacs unless your heart is set on a fish fry.

Mille Lacs 100% unless you really need to have a fish fry for the family.

Haven’t thought of any more choices just kind of planned it last minute and it doesn’t matter to us if we keep fish

Should be a bit cooler on the big lake!

I’m a Pool 4 guy and I’d still take Mille Lacs right now hands down. You will catch more fish and it will be far easier.

The surface temps on Pool 4 are skyrocketing and fish are spreading out. Now if you were taking a trip February – Early June, I’d reconsider.

this is the time of year I target perch in under 8′ on the Sconi side of Pepin. drop shot with a chunk of crawler is deadly. i would target the spillway of the Chippewa with crawler harness too. I been to ML already this year and I guess I would rather stay around Pepin…………a lot closer for me.

I take it you haven’t read the 2019 Mille lacs reports forum? If you don’t mind the drive and not being able to keep any fish, don’t make this decision any more difficult than it needs to be.

Hit the DMs and I’ll point ya in the right direction.
