Just curious… I am thinking about hitting a body of water on Sunday… Was thinking Mille Lacs… Anybody been out there and have a report? I was hoping to take snowmobile out of Lybacks. I looked on their website and it didn’t have any information about fishing conditions as of yet.
A few of us are heading up tomorrow fishing out of red door. I’m hoping it’ll be on.
Saw about 15 portables/small portables on the West side this afternoon. Didn’t see any atvs or sleds.
Don’t bunch up. The weight will be the end of ya.
Heard 9 inches out of Lybacks possibly pulling some shacks out tomorrow!
Wednesday there were ATV’s on all 3 south bays. Going up the west side as far as Eddy’s no sign of any activity.
we marked a road out past hennipen island today out of appeldoorns on snowmobile, found no less than 7 inches of ice with an average of 8-9.
That’s great news so Sunday it looks like I will be braving the cold temps! My only other question is how has the fishing been and what depths has everyone been going?
Ok so I went out and braved the cold temps out of Lyback’s on Sunday and you can read the result on his website. I had some amazing fishing! I was also the only guy out there. I had really good luck in a hole about 15ft of water.
