A buddy and I hit the community hole in the morning, then did some exploring on Lake Sakakawea. The walleye were cooperating for us. We wre in the VanHook area. We were finding them in 10-13 fow, pulling bottom bouncers with slow death hooks, tipped with crawlers, pulling them at around .8 mph. It has been an incredible year of fishing on this lake. A ton of 16-19″ fish, but also a good number of big girls being caught.
