Milwaukee Fishing Salmon Reports September 7th 2010
    By Capt. Jim Hirt
Fish are in everywhere. They are at the gaps in the river and out to 45 feet of water anywhere along the shore line. Good numbers on all size and age of fish. We are catching Chinooks to 20 pounds Lake Trout to 15 lots of big Browns and Coho.
Come on out for a nice mixed bag. On the high lines (2,3,4 and 6 color lead core) the Vulcan regular size Dolphin Green Silver and Reaper regular Big Joe are picking up most of our fish. The Magnum Peacock and Fish n Chip have been my go to spoons on overcast days. The best depths for downriggers have been 8, 15, and 30 feet. Speed up to 2.1 when working the Kings slow down for Lake Trout. To see my how to video fish report go to http://www.jimhirt.com
Slide Divers with 40 feet of line out are also working with magnum Reaper Peacock or Fish n Chip spoons. Glow spoons have also been working all day long in the magnum size like the Reaper Fish Fry.
Vulcans, Nestor Wobblers and Reapers are sold only on the web at http://www.badgertackle.com Have a great fishing season. Let’s go fishing!! Sounds exciting. Would your experienced opinion put them in front of the river mouth at Alogom any of the next 3 weekends?

Thank for trying my spoons. The Vulcan in the regular size has been very good for me on calm sunny days over the last two weeks. Good Luck!!
