My son-in-law just bought his first fishing boat(about time if you ask me 
) a 16ft V with a 40 Evinrude….
He lives in Green Bay but is very wary of fishing in the bay itself right now (he’s smarter than I thought I guess 
) but he is looking for some smaller waters to fish…mainly panfish for now…no specific spots but any suggestions would be appreciated
