So does anyone know what dates they are planning to hit the big lake? It worked out well being out there when Craig and Derek were. It would be fun to hook up with a few more IDO’ers.

Mike, I am on LBDN frequently from May 15 until late June…depending on weather conditions and the bite. The productivity up there has declined the past few years do to several issues…reduced plants, overharvest, etc…

I plan on spending more time south from Cedar River to Geanos reef (Oconto). I would like to met up with other IDOers…

Craig and I have one trip to Port Washington Aug 7-9, hoping the fishing is better this year and put a couple more trips together earlier.
It’s nice having Craig and his boat out there so when we limit out they can come and relieve us.

I know he likes that Port Washington area. I do all mine out of Two Rivers.

My Father loves trolling out there, so I think I’m going to make at least one trip that way.

He likes to go the last part of July.

I plan on being over in Algoma a lot of long weekends this year. I would like to hit the waters of Green Bay out of Sturgeon Bay for some smallmouth and walleyes when the waves are too much on Mich. Jackie and I bought a camper over there so have to go.

My Wife and I are there close to 100 nights a year.
We’ll start in Marinette in mid April and move south at opener then follow the fish north until Michigan opens May 15 th. Glad to share with fellow IDO’ers

    Mike,

I will be out on Lake Michigan starting in early July this year. I might head out there for the early Coho bite? Doug and I have a trip planned in early August…providing he will be able to catch fish this time. Its tough carrying all the weight catching all those fish. I agree, we need some fellow IDO members to join us out on the Big Lake.
