    What is a good website for wave/wind/weather forcasts for the two rivers area?

    I use this http://www.NOAA.com You can click on any place in the country, including the great lakes for marine forcasts. It will give you nearshore and off shore forcasts. Also has radar for the whold country.

    What are the regs for transporting fish through wisconsin? Do they need to be intact? I could only find regs that state only slot fish need to be intact.

    Fillet them up. Not a problem. Where are you going out of and who with? Here is a link to another good site with surface temp info. Gives you an idea how far you need to go out depending on winds.
