Chicago Area Charter Recommendation

    Hello All,
    I’ll be in the Chicago are in early August and was hoping to get a little time on Lake Michigan. Does anyone have some recommendations for reputable charters out of the Chicago area?

    If you are just looking to fish I’d recommend Chip Porter out of Waukegan harbor. He’ll put you on fish for sure. If you want to stay closer to the city I don’t have a name for you but there’s a ton of boats that run out of Burnham harbor. Just tried to get onto Chip’s website to get a phone# for you and it wouldn’t come up for me.

    Thanks for the information! I have already contacted and heard back from Chip.
    I’m really looking forward to my first Lake Michigan fishing experience!
