These young men helped there dad and grandfather land a nice cooler full this morning. 11 kings and a rainbow. The day after the derby, or the 23lb+ king would have placed first or second over the weekend. A day late for us, but plenty fun for them. The lake kicked up some bigger rollers today to the michigan flu brought us in. The green on green flasher fly combo on the pumps and riggers was working the best deep and the bow hit the double orange spoon on the surface. The water temps dropped into the low 50’s so look for the action to heat up. The fish are stacked in the 40-65 foot range. Today we hit them north upto the lighthouse.
