We shifted gears and moved out for rainbows on a afternoon trip. The fishing has been avarage the past week and if you didn’t get the fish to the boat the catch was between 6-8 fish. I moved out for bows to get more hits and we had a very good afternoon. 7 bows and 3 kings came to the boat and just as many were left to bite another day. All on the surface in 140 feet of water and orange spoons. King action is still good in closer, but with the changing weather it’s a tough bite. Derby Time this weekend so we’ll be kicking it up a notch to find fish the next couple of days.
