After a slow start to the season, with the water temps remaining cold, we finally got the hot weather to junp start the fishing. It was like the fish were waiting for a warm up to get to our lines. We set up in 90 feet and went to 200 feet of water and had instant action on the downriggers and pumphandles down 60-100. The blue/glow and alewife and green and crinkle flasher flys gave us the best action. We had multiple fish on at once giving us a great day of fishing, but leaving us stuck on 13 fish in the cooler. We finished the day with a great mix of 7 kings, 1 coho, 3 rainbows and 2 lakers. With all the bait fish around right now and the perfect water temps, the action will continue.
