The lake has served us some 3-7 foot waves this week, but the kings are in close and if you can hang on to them in the wave action the fishing is great. We missed a good number of fish, and boated some nice fish. The white colors of spoons and J-plugs are working tin 15-25 feet of water. The pier fishing has been picking up. We should see the start of the spawning run in about a week.

Friday was nice we walleye fished up in Sister Bay, and a few friends salmon fished out in the lake.
They were doing really well with the salmon! And we caught a few walleyes. But Saturday was a differnt story!
Thank god I dont get sea sick!!
In reverse I could only get my speed down to 1.4 the waves just kept pushing you.
But this is why we went back up there in the ruff weather … A few of these just seem to keep you going!
