With not much to go on, our first trips of the season came up with a few brown trout. Trolling the shore from Two Rivers to Manitowoc in 20 feet of water our 2 boat morning trip brought in 11 brown trout threw a small king back and missed 6 fish on. Our afternoon trip went 4 for 7 in the same spot. A great day on the water, but water temps are still just hitting high 40’s. A variety of spoons and colors caught fish, the orange and blue were the best. There is alot of bait fish schooling up, a number of boats out riding in the deeper water saw big pods on there sonars. Some warming weather will heat up the fishing.
