A buddy of mine Lonnie stopped down at the Root River Collection Facility today. Wow, what a difference 48 hours makes. I stopped down there Sunday night in the rain, and not a single fish. I checked the river to down below the golf coarse (Park High) and you still had to go down to Azarians before seeing any fish. That rain did a LOT of good! The pic was from Sunday evening and you can see clearly there is no water flow. These fish were mighty eager to get upstream!
