The Boy Scouts pile up some salmon

    The Boy Scouts from Mahtomedi 389 piled up some fish this weekend, mixed up the fish dance with the rain dance so we had to dry out after this trip. We found some cold water out deep that was filled with salmon. We dropped the riggers down 160-170 feet in 190 feet of water and gave the boys a workout. Still warm water and the action has gone up and down daily.

    Did you give fish filleting lessons? Wonder if there is a badge for that.

    Sounds like the Troop I better get my Grandson into, he’ll be ready for Cub Scouts coming pretty quick, turns 5 on Thursday and he lives in the District.
