Milwaukee Harbor Lake Trout Limit 4-9-11

    My son and I went out last Saturday 4-9-11 and caught our limit of lakers. We trolled in 20-40 fow out of the north gap off the filter.
    The lakers ran 9,9,11 and 14 lbs. each. The 14lb. laker was caught with medium action st. croix spinning rod and shimano 2500 series spinning reel with 10/4 lb. test fireline crystal…WHAT A BATTLE!
    Two of the lakers were caught on smithwick rattlin’ rouges chrome black back and the other two were caught on lime green spoons. The two-color leadcore and planer board caught two and 3/4 oz. lead trolling sinker 3′ above rouge on fireline outfit caught other two.
