Would be interested in fishing with some forum members around the metro this year. I usually Fish panfish in the north metro and or fish walleyes on leech or LOW. Would like to fish some other bodies of water around the metro. Let me know if anyone is interested.

I would be. I’m in the north metro and don’t have any friends. sad Well, I do have friends and family, just not many that has enough time or interest in going ice fishing. Panfish is good.

If you’re able and willing, think about the IDO Forum GTG up at Mille Lacs in February. Sounds like we will have a group together up there then. Not far to go. It’s posted (pinned) in the Mille Lacs forum.

Meanwhile, perhaps a little GTG down around here (metro) before then would be good. So I’m up for that.

I would be interested in the Gtg at Mille lacs. Is that a portable thing or does everyone get sleepers etc…

I’m down for a metro get together

I’m always game. I typically fish panfish in the N/NE metro area or just over on my side of the river.

I’ll also be a the ML GTG if things go as planned (in a hub and hole hopping).

Yes/no… crazy The GTG at Mille Lacs will be a collection or combination of what suits the attendees. Will span from Friday through Sunday. Yes it will be a portable thing and a sleeper rental for some and there will be some brining their own wheelhouses. Those that will attend may come Friday and/or Saturday/Sunday for overnight or just for one day. Saturday being the main event day. The plan would be to have a collecting area out there for us to congregate during the daytime social activities but those that choose to fish off on their own would be their option too. Motel rooms available for those choosing to stay overnight…(safety option) as there most likely will be liquid refreshments served.

Anyway, before then…perhaps some earlier outing in January for some practice?
