Messaging issues?

Anyone else having issues sending PM’s today? I have tried a few times from both Chrome and FF and keep getting an error message telling me to try again later…

Any suggestions?

Just sent one to James and it when through successfully. Using Fire Fox.

Are you friends with the person you’re trying to message?

No, I am not set up as Friends. I have been able to send messages to this person before – earlier this week…

You’ll need to be friends with a person prior to sending them a PM.

Thanks Brian. The thing is I have been able to send messages up until a few days ago. Did something change recently? I don’t even see a like for PM’s, just public messages. I was also trying to reply to a previous message and not a new message

I’m not sure when the change was made but it wasn’t very long ago…within the last two weeks.

Click on the persons user name and then send Friend Request.
Or when trying to send a pm there’s a button that says Send Friend Request.

I thought there was a link to send a PM but I don’t see that anymore only option is a public message now. I will try to add a friend and try again
