mercury 90 hp 4 stroke 2011 high pressure filter

    My manual says I should have the high pressure fuel filter replaced at the dealer after 3 years
    on a 2011 mercury 90 hp 4 stroke.

    Is there a safe way to change the high pressure filter myself?

    Is there a way to release the pressure on the fuel system?
