Does anyone know how to adjust the tension on the tiller arm hinge so I can put the arm at an angle and have it stay there? Mines gradually getting looser and now if I let go of the handle when it’s raised a bit it just slams down to the full down position. I can’t for the life of me find a tension adjustment on that hinge.The bolts on each side of the hinge are very tight – can’t move them a bit.
