Results – 4th Annual Fall Bash

    The Red Cedar Bassmasters hosted their 4th annual fall open fishing tournament on 10-4-03. I don’t have the official results & numbers, but I do remember who the top 5 were. The bass club is going to try to get me the official results & hopefully some numbers this week. I will post them when I get them. Here are the top 5 as I remember –

    1st – Hermann & Hermann

    2nd – Carl Branshaw & Mike Benzel

    3rd – Dan McGuire & Cody Landt

    4th – Chad Schutts & Tanner Schutts (Brian Casey)

    5th – Luke Kersten & Aaron Kersten

    Here are some numbers from Saturday-

    Fish Caught

    36 Bass
    avg. wgt. 2.27 lbs.
    largest 3.26 lbs.

    9 Walleyes
    avg. wgt. 2.24 lbs.

    22 Northerns
    avg. wgt. 2.52 lbs.

    Coot, the bass and eye average is not bad. The pike are another story! Those snot rockets need to be thinned out. Thanks for the tourney info.
